As part of Portland & Weymouth Towns of Culture 2025, Portland Sculpture & Quarry Trust is holding the  exhibition - ‘One Island Many Visions’ - engaging shared visions generated from the lIsle of Portland  contributing to a landscape legacy for the regeneration and creative after-use of quarry landscapes.

‘One Island - Many Visions’  exhibition and quarry interventions have been developed over 18  months research by 27 artists from the Royal Society of Sculptors in partnership with Portland Sculpture & Quarry Trust, including artists workshops, events and symposium.

The  two day symposium  Sat 27 / Sun 28 September provides a forum for  community, culture and environmental debate, transforming ideas as well as place, with keynote speakers including David Buckland, Founder/Director of Cape Farewell project on Climate Change.
